Colorado Ski Resort Activity Center The Broadax Barn serves as the resort activity center, Retail and Ski Shop, Conference, Banquet and Wedding Reception Facility. This 140 year old timber frame barn is a multi-level bank barn with heavy timber lower and upper levels. This barn was restored and relocated to Colorado for this project. It is 38’x 75’ and 5,700 total sq. ft. |

The Timber House A Colorado Ski Resort Wedding Chapel This is a customized timber framework designed and built using reclaimed hand hewn beams from several dismantled timber frame structures. It’s 27’x 30’ for a total of 810 sq. ft. and it has a powerful visual appeal with a heavy concentration of many large beautiful beams within a small structure. |

19th Century Timber Frame Barn A Traditional Barn restored and relocated for a private estate. This 130 year old timber frame barn features a horse stable and large loft floor at one end and a large open area in the center portion. The owners plan to add a multi-level guest apartment and artist studio at the opposite end. The barn is popular for wedding receptions as well as the owners’ private parties. The size is 44’x 86’. |

Timber Frame Office Building The Office Barn is a 175 year old timber frame bank barn restored and relocated for this project. It’s a multi-level building. In addition to having lower and upper levels, it also has two loft floors within the upper level. The size is 38’x 80’ for a total of 7,200 sq. ft. |

Reclaiming Old Stone Early American Pioneers quarried stone and then hand tooled stone blocks to build their stone houses, schools, barns and other buildings. A one-room schoolhouse, a two story house and a small homestead house were dismantled and the stone reclaimed to use on the lower level walls of The Timber Frame Office Building. |
