Colorado Ski Resort Activity Center
The Broadax Barn
The Broadax Barn serves as the resort activity center, Retail and Ski Shop, Conference, Banquet and Wedding Reception Facility. This 140 year old timber frame barn is a multi-level bank barn with heavy timber lower and upper levels. Restored and relocated to Colorado for this project its 38’x 75’ and 5,700 total sq. ft.
